Shortly after attending college in upstate New York, opportunities brought Melody Foote to Fayetteville. Here, she found a passion for discovering the unique treasures of her adopted hometown. In fact, that passion led to a job at the Fayetteville Area Convention & Visitors Bureau, where she spent more than 20 years showcasing the region to travel media and creating unique angles and story ideas about the greater Fayetteville area. In addition to working with travel media, Melody blogged, wrote articles, photographed, and used social media to promote the region as a destination for travel.
