A third-generation Fort Worth native, Celestina Blok has been writing about her hometown since 2005. Her first book, Lost Restaurants of Fort Worth, published in 2017. She writes food, drink, and travel news for CultureMap Fort Worth and contributes to Texas Highways magazine. Her freelance work has appeared in Fort Worth magazine and the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, among others. Blok studied journalism at Texas Christian University and is also a graduate of the Culinary School of Fort Worth.
