Bill Hart will present his book Historic Missouri Roadsides at 5:30 p.m., Nov. 2, at the Ozark Regional Library in Fredericktown.

Hart’s book was published in 2015 by Reedy Press and features six history tours of Missouri on two-lane highways. Like a travel guide, the book lists places to eat, visit and stay but includes only businesses owned locally, supporting an interest in local history and intended to bolster tourism. The second edition of this book was published in 2019. Hart has traveled the roads of Missouri in every one of its 114 counties.
