As a Philly homeowner in a downtown neighborhood for over 40 years – and having worked in Philly for over 50 years, – I pretty much know my Philly history, though we all have something new to learn. After finding (and reviewing here on Amazon) another two books on Center City historic places in May, I learned about this book from 2018 and got a copy. I like this book and it’s layout with a combination of photos and narrative and facts (actual addresses!)
