Author Roxie Yonkey will be completing a book signing from 8:30 to 10 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 7, at the Wakonda Visitor and Education Center, 2131 180th Rd. at the Glen Elder State Park before the start of the 8th Annual Wakonda Indian Festival from 10 a.m.
