Heather Ray


Heather Ray is a freelance food and lifestyle writer who has lived in the Midwest for more than 20 years. An Indiana transplant twice over, she thinks Bloomington has the ultimate charm. She and her husband Ken own a local Wild Birds Unlimited nature shop. Heather’s work has appeared in Prevention, Edible Milwaukee, Indianapolis Monthly, Where Indianapolis, Taste of Home, the Saturday Evening Post, and more. She is also a content writer and registered dietitian for Kidstir, a cooking subscription kit for kids.
