For those who want to know more about the people behind the company . . . Owners Matthew Heidenry and Josh Stevens are longtime publishing professionals. Their educational background
and professional experience include an MFA from the Iowa Writers' Workshop and work in trade, textbook, and museum publishing for companies ranging from Houghton-Mifflin to the Missouri History Museum. After founding Reedy Press in 2004 with the publication of 2 titles, they have since released more than 100 books. The list of titles, and clients, continues to expand.
